About us

Flex Event is an event architecture agency founded in Istanbul in 2012. It designs and manages corporate events, launches, summits, festivals and sports organisations in Türkiye and abroad.

We run the whole process as one team, from concept and venue planning to stage, technical production, film and event-day operations. Each project is planned separately according to its venue, number of guests and purpose.
