An Event Plan Built Around the Team’s Programme

A team visit works when every part of the programme supports the sporting purpose. We bring matches, training sessions, camps and supporting activities into a single operational programme, with Istanbul and Antalya as key destinations.

Sporting preparation and coaching decisions remain with the team. The agreed proposal identifies which services Flex Event manages and which remain with the club, venue, sporting bodies or appointed specialists, so that suppliers do not work from different instructions.
