Product launch: Paycell PUBG Card launch stage

Launch Events for Products and Brands

A launch is the event where a product or brand meets the press, partners and consumers for the first time. We build the concept, stage and programme around the story of the product and manage the whole process, from the guest list to the event day.

Press conferences, influencer events, brand parties and product experience areas are among the launch formats we organise. We have run launch and brand events for Turkish Airlines, Paycell, Lifecell and Farmasi.

What We Provide for Launch Events

  • Launch Concept

Concept, stage design and programme built around the product and brand.

Stage, seating and running order for the press conference.

  • Guest Management

Influencer, press and guest lists; invitations and welcome.

  • Stage and Backdrop

Stage, launch backdrop, lighting, sound and LED screens.

  • Film and Content

Launch film, stage content, photography and video.

  • Experience Areas

Product experience areas and brand activations.

Give the Product a Clear Role in the Event

The launch format follows what the product needs to explain. A physical device may need a demonstration and hands-on use. A new service may need a customer scenario or a visual explanation. We begin with the message your audience should understand and the evidence available to show it.

That approach shapes the reveal, room layout, content and guest programme. We develop the creative and production scope with your marketing and product teams, including the approved claims, demonstration requirements and release timing. A rehearsal uses the actual product wherever practical, with an agreed alternative if the planned live sequence cannot run.

Guest access follows your release plan, with announcements and media commitments approved by your team.

From the First Presentation to the Final Demonstration

  • Launch Brief and Audience

We clarify what is new, who needs to understand it and what you want guests to do after the event. The brief distinguishes a public introduction from a partner preview or an internal launch. This helps determine the venue, guest format and level of production required.

  • Reveal and Running Order

The introduction, film, presenter and product appearance are planned as a connected sequence. We work through the timing, positions and technical cues before the event. The reveal should give guests a clear view of the product and leave enough time to understand what they have just seen.

  • Product Demonstration Areas

Demonstration stations are designed around actual use. We consider operator positions, product quantities, power needs, viewing angles and the time each guest needs. Spare units and reset arrangements can be included in the plan, with technical product checks carried out by your designated product specialists.

  • Stage, Lighting and Screen Content

The physical setting and presentation material support the product story. We prepare stage and backdrop designs, screen content requirements and a lighting plan for the presentation and demonstration areas. Your team approves product imagery and wording before they move into print or playback files.

  • Guest Flow and Interview Arrangements

Registration and welcome staff direct guests towards the right part of the programme. If interviews, photography or partner meetings are planned, we allocate suitable spaces and time slots. Invitations, attendee access and communication responsibilities are agreed with your team before the guest information is issued.

  • Rehearsal and Live Operation

Presenters and technicians practise the sequence together, including the product handover and demonstration reset. We establish the decision route for any change on the day. The agreed filming and photography brief also identifies the moments and product views your team needs for its post-launch material.
