A stand built around automotive products
Automechanika Istanbul takes place on 24–27 March 2027 at TÜYAP, covering parts, components, diagnostics and workshop equipment. Official event information.
An engine assembly needs different display supports from a range of filters. We use your product dimensions and weights to plan displays, graphics and meeting areas. Stand production, installation and dismantling are quoted separately from the organiser’s space charges. Construction and demonstrations follow the event’s technical requirements and approvals.
What we prepare for your participation
Component displays
We plan supports around product weights and dimensions, with the necessary technical assessment. Buyers have space to examine each assembly.
Parts and catalogues
We arrange samples by product family and keep reference information close to the display for technical discussions.
Demonstration equipment
Screens, lighting and presentation areas support product demonstrations. Power and connection requirements are confirmed with the relevant technical providers.
Exhibit shipments and returns
Reusable components are listed separately from giveaways. Your customs broker confirms ATA eligibility, documentation and return arrangements before dispatch.
Meetings and personnel
We provide space for distributor meetings and arrange reception support according to your team’s needs.
Installation and team arrangements
We schedule the stand build and equipment checks, with transport and accommodation coordination included where requested.
