Show the product behind the packaging

BEAUTYISTANBUL runs on 3–5 June 2027 at TÜYAP Fair Center, covering cosmetics, beauty, hair, cleaning products, private label, packaging and ingredients. Official exhibition information.

We design shelves for skincare bottles, display space for fragrance collections and counters for product trials. Lighting and graphics help buyers find the right range. Our stand production and installation services are quoted separately from organiser registration and space charges. Materials and demonstration arrangements follow the event’s technical requirements and approvals.

What we prepare for your beauty stand

Collection displays
We group products by range and size, with shelf spacing that keeps packaging visible and samples within reach.
Tester counters
We provide surfaces for product trials and storage for replenishment. Cleaning supplies and waste collection are included in the layout.
Lighting and graphics
We plan lighting around mirrors, reflective packaging and product shades. Printed graphics introduce each collection with concise messages.
Samples arriving in Türkiye
Display products and giveaway samples are separated. Your broker confirms customs treatment, return arrangements and applicable product requirements before shipment.
Private label meetings
We create a meeting area where buyers can compare packaging options and discuss formulations, quantities and commercial terms.
Stand build and personnel
We handle production, installation and dismantling, with reception or presentation personnel included according to your needs.
