Each exhibition provides its own participation instructions and operating schedule. The design follows the event’s published requirements. Drawings and submission responsibilities are defined within the project scope.
Venue services
Power, internet, water and other connections are identified from the intended use. Ordering responsibilities and charges are clarified.
Production and delivery
Preparation follows the installation schedule. For imported items, we align receiving plans with carrier updates and your customs specialist’s release confirmation.
Installation and checks
The stand, graphics and equipment are installed within the available period. Product placement and presentation checks involve your team.
Dismantling
Post-show work follows the designated access period. The plan identifies materials to be returned, retained or handled by appointed providers.
