Make room for the machine and the conversation
WIN EURASIA takes place on 2–5 June 2027 at Istanbul Expo Center, Yeşilköy, covering automation, robotics, machinery technologies, welding and energy solutions. Official event information.
A robotic cell needs a different layout from a display of control panels. We plan around equipment dimensions, access and demonstration flow. Stand services are quoted separately from organiser space and technical connection charges. Construction and operating arrangements follow the event’s technical requirements and necessary approvals.
What we prepare for your industrial stand
Machinery layout
We plan equipment positions and installation order around dimensions, weights and access requirements, leaving room for inspection and discussion.
Power and utilities
Electrical loads, connectivity and compressed air requirements inform the layout. Capacities are confirmed with the authorised technical provider.
Demonstration areas
We define operator positions and viewing space. Moving machinery demonstrations remain subject to the relevant technical review and event approvals.
Screens and product graphics
We use diagrams, printed graphics and screen content to explain processes that cannot be demonstrated on the stand.
Equipment shipments and returns
Model and serial details support the exhibit list. Your customs broker confirms ATA eligibility, entry documents and return procedures.
Stand build and local support
We handle production, installation and dismantling, with personnel, accommodation and team transport coordination included where requested.
