A practical stand and a clear participation budget
The next announced edition of WorldFood Istanbul takes place on 15–18 December 2026 at Istanbul Expo Center. Official event information.
Juice bottles, confectionery and chilled foods need different display and storage arrangements. We design the stand around your range and daily sampling needs. Our proposal separates stand production, equipment and personnel from the organiser’s space and participation charges. Construction, technical connections and tasting arrangements follow the event’s requirements and necessary approvals.
What your stand proposal can include
Design and production
We prepare display walls, counters, meeting furniture and graphics, with quantities and finishes identified in the proposal.
Food display and storage
We plan shelves and refrigeration space around product requirements. Equipment and power arrangements are confirmed with the relevant providers.
Tasting counters
We allow space for serving, preparation and consumables so sampling can continue without interrupting nearby meetings.
Food samples and returns
Tasting stock is separated from returning equipment. Your broker confirms food entry requirements, customs procedures and applicable return documents.
Personnel and meetings
We arrange reception and presentation support where required, with seating for commercial discussions away from the serving counter.
Installation and team travel
We schedule production, installation and dismantling. Accommodation and team transport coordination can be included in the agreed proposal.
