Pop-Up Event Production
A pop-up creates a temporary place for people to discover a product or take part in a campaign. Pop-up event production connects the creative idea with the space, working hours and day-to-day operation needed to make that short period useful for your brand.

Make the temporary space work from the first day
A pop-up may occupy a retail unit, a lobby, an event venue or a permitted outdoor location. Each setting brings different conditions for deliveries, installation, opening hours and handback. We review those conditions alongside the activity you want people to experience before the design is fixed.
The brief should make the purpose clear. Is the space for sampling, appointments, product discovery or a short presentation programme? If sales are planned, your team’s retail systems and operating responsibilities also need to be included. The physical setup follows that intended use, with enough room for staff, supplies and visitors.
We develop the concept, displays, graphics and technical scope. Venue requirements are reviewed with the relevant providers, and the installation schedule includes opening preparation and handback.

Six decisions for your pop-up production brief
Location and operating conditions
We assess the proposed space against your activity, audience and programme. Delivery access, available utilities, permitted use and setup periods affect what can be built. Any location-specific permissions or specialist requirements are identified for confirmation before production and opening arrangements are committed.
Layout and the first interaction
Visitors need to understand what the pop-up offers and how to enter the experience. We plan the welcome point, display or activity areas and the route through the space. Queueing and waiting areas are considered where needed, together with access for replenishment and routine staff tasks.
Temporary displays and scenic production
The design can include counters, product shelves, backdrops and freestanding elements suited to the installation period. We describe materials, finishes and fixing methods in the scope for venue review. Where existing surfaces must be protected, those requirements are included in the build and dismantling plan.
Lighting, screens and graphics
Products and activities need appropriate visibility throughout the opening hours. We plan lighting and any presentation equipment around the layout, with cable routes considered early. Graphics explain the campaign and visitor instructions using your approved content, while screen material is prepared for the agreed equipment and viewing distance.
Staffing and daily replenishment
The operating plan identifies who welcomes visitors, explains the product, resets activities and manages supplies. Briefings cover the common questions and the escalation route for issues. If your team handles sales or personal data, its approved systems and procedures remain part of the agreed operating arrangement.
Opening checks and handback
Before opening, we review the installation, content playback, product placement and staff readiness against the brief. At close, the agreed scope covers dismantling, collection and any retained materials. Photographs and an item record can support the handback discussion and the preparation of another pop-up using the same production.
