SEMA Show Las Vegas Exhibitor Guide & Booth Planning
Show buyers where your product fits and what it does. This SEMA Show Las Vegas exhibitor guide connects vehicle presentation, automotive component displays and commercial meetings with the preparation needed on the exhibition floor.

SEMA Show booth planning around vehicles and products
The SEMA Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center focuses on the automotive specialty equipment industry. A finished vehicle can draw attention to a product's application, while a separate component display lets a buyer examine materials, connections and fitment details. The booth should help visitors move from the overall build to the product your company actually supplies.
Decide whether a vehicle is essential to the presentation before finalising the floor plan. Consider its position, the space needed to inspect it and the parts visitors should be able to see. Product ranges such as wheels, suspension components, accessories and workshop equipment need different supports and information. Display choices should also leave room for conversations about distribution, compatibility and ordering.
Flex Event can develop the booth design and preparation brief around your confirmed allocation, exhibits and meeting priorities. The official exhibitor process governs participation and approvals. SEMA's current service manual and rules also define freight arrangements, work responsibilities and display requirements. Our proposal identifies the services to be coordinated, while organiser charges and designated contractor services are treated separately. Vehicle and technical arrangements must be confirmed before implementation.
Six areas to prepare for your SEMA Show booth
Vehicle position and access
We review vehicle dimensions, approach routes and the view visitors need of the installed products. The build sequence may require the vehicle to be positioned before some booth elements are completed. Entry, display and removal arrangements follow the organiser's instructions, with the relevant requirements confirmed for the specific vehicle and its use.
Components and fitment displays
A wheel, suspension assembly or lighting component should be presented on a support suited to its size and weight. We plan displays that allow close inspection and connect the sample to an application. Your team provides approved compatibility details, product references and installation information for the conversations buyers are likely to have.
Graphics and demonstrations
Photographs and video can show performance or installation steps that cannot be demonstrated inside the booth. We plan screens and graphics around those explanations, keeping the physical product visible. Any live activity needs a defined operator area, room for viewers and the technical or event approvals required by the organiser.
Freight, handling and return arrangements
The delivery plan must follow the assigned freight instructions and designated handling arrangements. SEMA distinguishes material handling from transport to the show, so these costs and responsibilities need separate attention. Your appointed specialists confirm vehicle or product customs requirements and return procedures; we connect their delivery updates with the booth's installation sequence.
Distributor meetings and booth staffing
We plan a place to discuss product ranges, order quantities and supply arrangements without blocking access to the vehicle. Reception staff can direct technical questions to your product team, while scheduled meetings have assigned hosts. Personnel and language support are included according to the roles agreed in the project brief.
Budget, presentation and closing
The proposal separates booth production, graphics, presentation equipment and coordination from relevant organiser and contractor charges. We include time to position samples, review the vehicle presentation and brief staff. After the show, the schedule identifies what must be packed before collections, who releases the exhibits and which materials will be returned or retained.
